Monument Technology was created to meet the demand from financial institutions wanting to take advantage of the end-to-end platform that we built to power the success of Monument Bank, a UK challenger bank for the mass affluent.
In 2023, we launched Monument Technology as an independent venture to license this world-class Banking Platform-as-a-Service (BPaaS) solution. Now, financial institutions across the globe can leverage our cutting-edge technology to enhance their services and drive growth.

One of the founding team and COO at Monument Bank from its inception in 2018, he led the bank through it licence application, the design and build of the technology platform, its launch and subsequent exceptional growth.
With deep experience of both the technology platform we offer, and the regulatory environment that our customers operate in, as the founder of Monument Technology, he has brought together an exceptional team to deliver fantastic outcomes for our customers.
As CTO, Diptesh shapes Monument's technology vision and strategy. Previously, he held key technology leadership roles at Kroo Bank, Standard Chartered Ventures, and Publicis Sapient.
His expertise lies in building scalable, microservices-based banking platforms, driving innovation, and delivering transformative solutions that empower clients in a dynamic digital landscape.
As CCO, Nick leads Monument Technology’s go-to-market strategy, overseeing sales, marketing, and partner engagement.
Formerly EMEA Market Director at Mambu and Sales Director at DPR Group, Nick brings deep expertise in driving commercial growth.
He is committed to delivering exceptional client engagement and guiding customers seamlessly throughout their buying journey.
As Chief of Staff, Bianca drives strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies.
Previously, in her time at Bain & Company, she focused on technology and SaaS, as well as private equity, as an advisor to the buy-side.
Her expertise spans strategic advice within the SaaS domain, helping clients navigate complex investment landscapes and drive growth in tech-driven sectors.
